We operate Monday to Friday and also provide support on Sundays, but not on Saturdays. All tickets, regardless of the plan, are treated as priority and are typically answered within 3 hours. Resolve times may vary.
Unfortunately, we do not offer phone support at this time.
For one-off tickets, if we’re unable to solve your request, we’ll refund you. For monthly plans, a similar policy applies—your credits will not be deducted if we couldn't resolve your request. Monthly and annual packages are eligible for a refund within 14 days of subscribing, only if you haven’t used any of the services yet.
We do not perform site migrations or provide support for WooPayments.
Typically, we need your WooCommerce Status report, which you can find on the "WooCommerce > Status" page, along with a description of your issue or request.
We ask that you create an administrator account by following the steps outlined here and send that information in your ticket using QuickForget.
No, there are no long-term contracts, subscriptions, or automatic renewals. However, we’d be happy to set up a retainer for those who might be interested.
We do not provide hosting services, but we can make excellent recommendations for hosting providers. Just ask us.

We aim to resolve high-priority issues in under 6 hours, medium priority in under 12 hours, and low priority in under 24 hours.
